About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Service Autopilot team at Xplor. Our platform helps lawn care and cleaning businesses operate efficiently and scale— from managing customers and invoicing to dispatching and marketing. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping them get the most value out of our software, building strong relationships, and supporting their business growth. Our software helps thousands of Lawn Care and Cleaning entrepreneurs run their businesses – with less stress, and better control over their growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
  • Experience working with small- to mid-sized businesses, along with Enterprise level experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce, Gainsight, or Salesloft experience is a plus
  • A background in generating revenue is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption, retention, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Troubleshoot product issues for a quick solution.
  • Educate customers about SLAs on response times to new or known issues
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
  • Operate as a liaison between management to share key customer feedback to improve overall customer experience
  • Host quarterly business reviews to ensure adoption and retention.
