The role will spearhead the adoption of modern customer success processes, working closely with key customers, and SLS team members. Ultimately, the Customer Success Manager will generate world-class customer experiences through in-depth product knowledge, exceptional relationship building, genuine and thoughtful customer advocacy and successful technology adoption
