About The Position

Lease Information Management Take customer hand-offs to coordinate document production, completion and packaging to onboard in our lease accounting and crm system. Review and verify all new and renewed lease agreements for completeness and accuracy. Ensure all terms, conditions, and rates are correctly captured in the system. Coordinate with sales, internal customers, external customers and vendors to complete all required documents for onboarding into the lease accounting system. Documentation & Regulatory Requirements Monitor and maintain all required documentation for leasing agreements (e.g., proof of ID, credit checks, business licenses). Ensure compliance with internal policies and checklists and external regulations throughout the lease lifecycle. Coordinate periodic audits and support regulatory reporting. Customer Communication & Support Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding lease administration issues. Proactively notify customers about upcoming insurance/lease expirations, missing documents, or policy changes as requested. Provide guidance and resolution for customer queries related to compliance and documentation. Process Improvement & Reporting Track key metrics (e.g., lease accuracy, documentation compliance, insurance coverage rates). Recommend and help implement process improvements for lease and compliance management. Insurance Verification & Compliance Confirm that all customers maintain valid and adequate insurance as per lease agreement terms. Regularly audit customer insurance records, track policy expirations, and follow up for renewals. Liaise with insurance providers and customers to rectify lapses or deficiencies. Prepare regular reports for management on compliance and operational issues. Team Collaboration Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless lease onboarding and handling. In the future, assist in training and mentoring junior staff on compliance best practices. Some travel up to 10% may be required, may be on short notice, may be over the weekend, may require vehicle and / or airline transportation. Some lifting up to 40lbs may be required on occasion for trade show, marketing, and other business related requests. This position can be work from the office or work from home. Up to 3 days per week in the office may be required, upon management request. Perform any other sales support functions as directed.
