The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the daily management of assigned customer programs including order management. Primary areas of focus include customer satisfaction, program profitability, cash flow management, revenue generation, and expansion of existing client base. The CSM is also required to maintain accurate data with the ERP system (SAP) to ensure the effective planning and execution of production orders.
