We’re looking for a committed, self-driven customer success manager who is interested in using his/her customer relationship management and strategic leadership skills to help us achieve our goal of being a trusted and valued partner for our banking vertical clients. You will carry account-specific revenue targets which will be achieved through cross-sell, upsell opportunities. You will be working with key customer stakeholders to ensure that customer’s project deliveries and implementations are going smooth for customer success. You will be collaborating with internal sales, marketing, delivery teams to ensure that the client's short and long-term objectives, internal workflows and ways of working are well understood.
