About The Position

The Customer Success Intern position at HP, Inc. is a 12-week paid summer internship located in Houston. This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying account-level opportunities for adopting Gainsight and People.AI.
  • Support the adoption of Value Reviews and Customer Success Plans to ensure 100% adoption.
  • Help implement change management processes and track adoption metrics.
  • Collaborate with teams to structure and implement customer success plans.
  • Monitor and report on the success of adoption initiatives and tool usage.
