We're hiring our first Customer Success & Growth leader - a foundational role that will define how customers experience EnFi, how we deliver value, how we retain and expand accounts, and how customer feedback shapes our product roadmap. This is not a "ticket-closing" CS role. This is a build-the-plane-while-flying-it role - with real ownership, real influence, and real upside. Why This Role Matters You will be the voice of the customer inside EnFi - and the architect of our Customer Success and Growth motion. You'll work directly with: Bank, credit union, and private credit executives (CCO, CLO, Head of Commercial) Credit teams using EnFi daily Product and engineering shaping what we build next Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and expansion opportunities You'll define: How customers onboard and go live How we measure and deliver time-to-value How we retain and grow accounts How CS evolves from "founding motion" to scalable team If EnFi wins long-term, this role will have been a big reason why.
