We are looking for a Technical Success Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment to work cross-functional teams to ensure our customers are technically successful from implementation through to craft technical solutions for our Enterprise customers. You will be responsible for managing the process of bringing new customers into CHEQ and ensuring a smooth transition. This includes establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new customers, ensuring they receive necessary information and resources, and ensuring that they are set up for success.
