Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam

- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professionals
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Zoom and CRM systems
- Background in customer service, consulting, or client support is helpful but not required

Responsibilities
- Connect with veterans and families who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Explain available supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and compliant digital records
- Assist clients with policy updates, questions, and ongoing support
- Participate in team development sessions, mentorship programs, and leadership workshops
