About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused sustainability professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Associate. Reporting to the Director of Sustainability, you’ll serve as a key resource for training and sustainability expertise for Worldly tool users, helping to build and support our rapidly expanding user base across the North America region. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure businesses of all sizes can make data-driven decisions regarding their sustainability strategies and implementation. You’ll inspire innovative solutions, collaborate with partners, integrating Worldly data into third-party systems, and bring programmatic structure to scaling our work with others.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic sustainability concepts and methodologies for measuring environmental and social impact, such as life cycle assessment (LCA).
  • Experience working directly with clients to support their customer experience and business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into actionable metrics.
  • Complex project management experience, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • A commitment to sustainability, demonstrated through professional or personal experience.
  • Flexibility to work early or late hours and willingness to travel within the North American region to support Worldly’s client base.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the apparel, footwear, and textile industry is a plus.
  • Experience in a technology/SaaS organization within a fast-paced, growing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical client contact for customer inquiries, answering 1st & 2nd level support tickets related to Worldly tools and sustainability questions to ensure users receive maximum value from their subscriptions.
  • Support the sales team by articulating the functionalities and value of Worldly tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on the development and adoption of Worldly tools, including Product Tools, Brand & Retail Modules, and Facility Tools.
  • Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education to ensure users are equipped to reduce their environmental and social impact.
  • Monitor new developments in sustainability, including technical advancements, legislative changes, and industry trends, and share insights internally to keep Worldly tools relevant.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to strengthen the organization and champion a culture of customer and partner success.
  • Manage multiple customer or partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are supported.
