We are seeking a customer-focused sustainability professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Associate. Reporting to the Director of Sustainability, you’ll serve as a key resource for training and sustainability expertise for Worldly tool users, helping to build and support our rapidly expanding user base across the North America region. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure businesses of all sizes can make data-driven decisions regarding their sustainability strategies and implementation. You’ll inspire innovative solutions, collaborate with partners, integrating Worldly data into third-party systems, and bring programmatic structure to scaling our work with others.
