As a customer success associate you'll play a key role in ensuring every client and reselling partner has a smooth and successful journey with us. You’ll support onboarding, manage day-to-day client interactions, and partner with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in NYC.
