In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding customers through their digital transformation journey. Your expertise will help clients understand their business objectives, optimize their use of technology, and ensure they achieve the desired outcomes. As a key contact for assigned accounts, you will not only support onboarding and service adoption but also drive engagement and growth, amplifying customer loyalty and satisfaction. Your role is not just about solving problems; it's about building strong partnerships and enabling clients to derive maximum value from our solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer success management with large accounts.
  • Strong communication skills to convey value propositions effectively.
  • Experience in project/program management and cloud operating models.
  • 5-10 years of direct, work-related experience.
  • Understanding of customer personas, market segments, and pain points.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a select group of strategic customer accounts.
  • Cultivate strong, senior-level relationships within the customer’s organization.
  • Successfully onboard customers and help them define and achieve their adoption success criteria.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs and objectives are prioritized.
  • Develop and maintain a Customer Success Plan for assigned accounts, detailing customer goals and timelines.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and coordinate effective resolutions.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth within the account base.
