The Opportunity The Customer Success and Account Manager (CSM) is responsible for owning and developing strategic customer relationships with a strong focus on account growth, customer engagement, and long‑term success. The role centres on executing effective account plans, identifying commercial opportunities within existing customers, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality engagement experience. Working closely with cross‑functional internal teams, the Customer Success and Account Manager (CSM) aligns customer objectives with Veovo solutions, supporting governance and communication activities while prioritising relationship leadership and revenue expansion over project delivery.
