Customer Success AI Intern
About The Position
OneStream is seeking motivated candidates for its 2026 internship program. Interns will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals, and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Our internship is intended for rising seniors and graduate students enrolled in a degree-seeking program, with graduation expected after the internship program concludes. This intern will work within our Customer Success team alongside our AI and Data Science team to design and implement solutions that organize and federate diverse datasets across the OneStream platform. They will contribute to projects involving data integration pipelines, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights, while building skills in Python, SQL, Power BI, and machine learning frameworks. Their work will support the team by enabling smarter data governance and accelerating AI adoption for enterprise finance workflows.
Requirements
- In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree within a subject such as Computer Science (CS), Data Science,Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning,Information Systems / Business Analytics,Software Engineering, Computational Science or Computational Finance or other relevant subject.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with GraphRAG is a plus.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Snowflake).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data federation principles, and knowledge graphs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027).
- Previous internship experience is nice to have but not necessarily required.
- Coursework or projects in: Machine learning, Data visualization, Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS) or AI-driven automation
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for federated data integration.
- Assist in building machine learning models for predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
- Support data cleansing, transformation, and visualization using tools like Power BI or Snowflake.
- Collaborate on AI-driven automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Document processes and contribute to best practices for data governance and AI workflows.
