Within the CST Operating Unit, together with our customers, we are moving spine and cranial surgery from an art to a science. By integrating advanced technologies and a patient-centric approach, we can drive improvements in outcomes, efficiency, and overall well-being for millions of people around the world. As a Customer Specialist, you will collaborate with hospital staff, sales representatives, engineers, and aible solutions consultants to ensure patient specific implants are manufactured and delivered in time for surgery. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a resource between engineering and the medical community. You will be a key partner and will be exposed to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgement.
