About The Position

The Customer Solutions Specialist will support the ProOwnership Team and Director, ProOwnership Operations in the management and operation of aircraft enrolled in the ProOwnership program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Aviation Management, Engineering, Marketing, or other related Field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Relative business or aviation related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Possesses product knowledge and an understanding of Cessna & Beechcraft capabilities and applicable regulations, evaluates and determines the most cost effective and efficient approach for fulfilling customer’s requests.
  • Communicates routinely with ProOwnership management to keep them apprised of the status of customer issues affecting the ownership experience.
  • Facilitates a smooth entry-into-service and transition plan for new customer accounts.
  • Organizes and manages agreements, subscriptions, expenses, and vendor charges related to the operations of owner aircraft.
  • Coordinates with customer’s lead pilots regarding owner schedules, special requests, and assist with sourcing additional pilot resources as needed.
  • Responsible for activities surrounding the lead generation of new ProOwnership customer accounts and significant project assignments as assigned by the Director, ProOwnership
