The Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) is crucial to achieving our mission by building relationships with customers to access workforce services. The CSR communicates with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess customer goals, provide information, and assist job seekers transitioning to a new position. They review and identify job opportunities, provide referrals, and advise customers on the local job market, employment services, educational opportunities, resume development, application completion, interview techniques, and proper dress attire. The CSR also develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal team members, the public, and external partners, actively seeking ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs, and contributing to Career Center performance goals.
