As a Customer Solutions Manager of Security & Risk Informed Engineering Solutions (SRIES), you will lead client engagement and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for meeting with operating plant customers and understanding their specific requirements. Using this knowledge, you will lead a team to propose a unique offering. You will oversee the technical content, costing, pricing, responsiveness, and quality of each bid. We use knowledge of probabilistic risk assessment, physical security, and fire protection to support customer consultative selling, interactions, and negotiations. You will collaborate with Westinghouse Global Markets, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management to close on opportunities. You will also collaborate with Global Product Management to set product strategy, providing voice of customers and suggestions for product and service improvements to enhance value propositions. Finally, you will also be responsible for business financial goals including orders entered, opportunity pipeline growth, and margin as sold. You will report to the Director of Operational Intelligence and Risk Management. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
