Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, planning, or customer collaboration roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP.
• Experience leading projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Passion for customer service, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with retail/consumer goods industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Customer Projects: Drive initiatives that improve customer experience, such as order optimization, inventory accuracy, and digital connectivity to improve OTIF and Instock metrics.
• Enhance Customer Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between customer experience supply chain teams and internal stakeholders on critical projects.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer and internal data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Digital Transformation: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement digital tools (Power BI, SAP, automation) that improve visibility and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute projects that reduce complexity, improve fill rates, and on time.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, and external customer teams to deliver joint business goals.
