The Customer Support Specialist II or III provides a vital link between mdxhealth customers, sales team and the commercial operations group. The Customer Support Specialist II or III is responsible for maintaining a high standard of service with their respective customers group, which is comprised of both assigned accounts and sales personnel. This role works closely with an assigned regional sales team to support customer activities and sales objectives. Position is onsite in Irvine, CA or remote if not in commuting distance to Irvine, CA.
