About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented CSR to serve as the first point of contact for Ryde clients. You'll be the voice of our automotive concierge service, capturing critical information, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team.

Requirements

  • Excellent phone communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new tools (Notion, forms, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Customer service experience required
  • Must be comfortable working from the office (not on the road)
  • Basic automotive knowledge helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to new client inquiries
  • Conduct initial intake calls to gather client vehicle requirements
  • Accurately input and maintain client data in our CRM system
  • Qualify leads and assess client readiness
  • Send and manage intake forms and documentation
  • Schedule consultations with the sales team
  • Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and text
  • Maintain detailed call transcripts and notes
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
