About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service representative to join our team. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and documenting interactions. Product training provided.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • 1–3 years’ experience required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
