As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems, to answer questions and resolve issues. Excellent customer service, typing, and software skills, are used daily. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner, within a fast-paced work environment. To ensure we can handle our customers’ needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.
