About The Position

We are looking for Customer Service professionals who are committed to listening to our customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions. The ideal candidate brings a positive, "can do" attitude, enjoys working with the public, and is a team player. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems, to answer questions and resolve issues. Excellent customer service, typing, and software skills, are used daily. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner, within a fast-paced work environment. To ensure we can handle our customers’ needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly access information and make decisions
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and navigate multiple systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and keyboarding skills
  • Proficient with MS Software programs (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Punctual, dependable and reliable
