About The Position

There are two shifts available that are scheduled Saturday - Tuesday & Wednesday - Saturday, 2 PM - 10 PM. This role will be tasked with directing and escorting guests from the elevators to various locations around the facility. There will be opportunity after this role concludes to apply for other potential roles with ACE Parking in customer service, cashier or valet. Each opportunity may have different pay levels than this temporary role, but it will give you opportunity to get a foot in the door with ACE Parking and see how you like it:

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items as required (up to 50 lbs.)

Nice To Haves

Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate parking equipment such as gates, ticket dispensers, and payment machines.
Comply with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
Effectively communicate fees and other information to guests.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
