Invoicing Associate (Temporary Role) Major Duties & Responsibilities Invoice complex orders, with excellent grasp of US GAAP implications for revenue recognition, as well as an ability to determine sales tax rates across all states and order types Updating internal order tracking system and working with logistics/AR to ensure outbound orders can leave at their scheduled customer request date Monitoring ERP filters and dashboards to ensure accuracy, SOX compliance, and completeness Updating customer files in accounting system and ERP system Other accounting related duties as needed Job Requirement and Qualifications 1 – 3 years of experience in a financial or accounting role Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral Willingness and ability to learn new systems Time management and organizational skills Ability to adapt to change and react quickly to department requests Excellent computer skills with emphasis on all Microsoft applications Excellent ability to build relationships and work as a team Willingness and ability to acquire applicable product knowledge Exceptional attention to detail and ability to finish tasks quickly and efficiently Willingness to work outside regular scheduled hours when required Physical Requirements Frequent sitting and operating a computer Physical demands when working at customer sites may include ability to bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, reach above shoulders, walk, and lift to 50 pounds throughout workday Work Environment Mainly work in an office environment. May need to go to an air-conditioned warehouse with concrete flooring. Working around machinery and forklifts.
