About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice on the phone assisting both new and returning customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company. You will be answering calls, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions with patience and a smile.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication: Ability to speak clearly and professionally on the phone, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Basic Math Skills: Perform simple calculations as needed.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using email and other basic computer functions.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and handle interruptions gracefully.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a customer service type of role.

Responsibilities
