Customer Service role, you will validate, process and confirm customer purchase orders through an ERP system, maintaine proper recoreds of transactions and customer information, respond to cutomer inquiries, apply product and industry knowlege, resolve issues by understanding customer complaints, determining root causes of issues, selecting and effectively communicating the best solutions to ensure a fast and effective resolution.
