Duties and Responsibilities: Answer customer phone calls and inquiries from customers relating to accounts, billing, shipments, etc. Respond to customer concerns, issues, and questions Enter, route, and expedite orders as needed to ensure timely delivery of product to customers. Develop phone quotations for customer base such as end users, distributors or OEM customers. Enter orders from phone calls and develop phone quotations for customer base Work with design and production employees to communicate customer needs and identify solutions. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation into database for future reference . Ideal Experience 2+ years of basic Customer Service and/or order/data entry experience along with relevant technical experience desired Ability to assist customers and present solutions
