Requirements

Strong customer service experience is required
No prior automotive or car sales experience needed—training provided
Enjoys working with people and helping customers make informed decisions
Ability to assist with vehicle prep and work outdoors
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Previous sales experience (in any area) is helpful but not required
Ability to use proven sales techniques while consistently providing an exceptional customer experience in a face-paced environment
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Wisconsin car sales license (or willingness to get car sales license)
Must be physically able to move in and out of vehicles and moving trucks
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including 16’–26’ moving trucks
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have valid drivers license with good driving record
Must be available to work a variety of shifts between 700 am to 700 pm M-F and 8-5 on Saturdays

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted consultant to customers, helping them identify vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
Provide excellent customer service throughout the purchasing and delivery process
Assist with the detailing, prepping and staging of pre-owned vehicles for the lot
Support vehicle delivery and ensure customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchase
Work outdoors as needed to maintain vehicle display areas and support lot operations, including snow removal
Partner with team members to meet customer expectations and contribute to department goals
