  • Regularly follow up with select customers and ensure any questions or concerns are adequately addressed.
  • Train directly with seasoned Customer Service Trainees and management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entry-level role.
  • Master all client product knowledge to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants.
  • Use the POS system to build consumer/service product packages and close sales when needed.
  • Display mastery of the entry-level Customer Service Trainee position by training newer representatives and team members.
  • Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service or a different consumer-facing environment.
  • Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team.
  • Must possess a student mentality to receive proper training and succeed within the role of the Customer Support Representative.
