Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related fields preferred but not required.

• Possess a student mentality to receive training and succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Regularly follow up with select customers to address questions or concerns.
• Train with seasoned Customer Service Trainees and management to develop best practices.
• Master client product knowledge to educate consumers and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Use the POS system to create consumer/service product packages and close sales as needed.
• Train newer representatives and team members to display mastery of the role.
• Attend daily team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service efforts.
