About The Position

Hana Industries is recruiting for a Warehouse Customer Service Technician to join our team in Gettysburg for the Federal Communications Commission.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience
• Must have valid driver's license
• Able to lift/carry 50-70 lbs., bend, kneel , reach, pull push
• Basic computer proficiency
• Team oriented
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Diligence and attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide problem resolution
• Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed
• May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information
• Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Assists in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed
