The Customer Service Specialist primarily engages with WEX customers over the phone. In this role, you would be responsible for accurately answering customer inquiries about available products while delivering high-quality service. Additionally, you will provide guidance to customers via telephone and email. This is a Hybrid opportunity and requires in office in Mason, Ohio 2 days a week.
