Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Nice To Haves

  • Typically requires 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience in the industrial motor control industry

Responsibilities

  • Determine and schedules orders according to urgency.
  • Order entry Contacts outside Salesforce or customers to resolve questions, pricing, or missing data on orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by phone, email.
  • Reach out to customers to verify and update account information.
  • Taking customer calls for US and Canada through Call Center
  • Greet customers warmly and make sure problems or reason for calling.
  • Help with placement of orders, canceling orders, return requests and warranties issues.
  • Suggest solutions when a product is out of stock – substitutions.
  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancelation.
  • Assist customers on how to use B2B portals.
  • Work with MPR Controllers and Shipping to make sure we meet the customer's demand.
  • Issue RMAs
  • Back-up for Canada Customer Care
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
