About The Position

Associa is looking for an Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Draper, UT.A Customer Service Supervisor oversees customer service agents who interact with customers in person, by phone, or virtually. This role ensures staff follow company policies, provide high-quality service, and receive feedback or training when performance gaps arise. The supervisor may also coordinate additional training for employees, administered either by the supervisor or another trainer. What do we offer? Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of office management or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software, databases, and HOA management systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Develops, tracks, and reports key performance measurements for the unit.
  • Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversees cross-functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers.
  • Manages customer service operations, serving as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Other duties as assigned
