Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Professionally interface with customers via email and telephone
  • Ensure staff engages the customer with care and urgency to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
