Requirements Conforms with the core values of BPS Conforms with the core values of BPS High School diploma or equivalent 18+ years of age Prior warranty experience a plus Previous experience working parts/service counter a plus Previous experience with a high volume of inbound calls strongly preferred Frontline customer service experience required Able to work independently Must have a patient and calm demeanor Excellent computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens Salary is based on Skills and Experience Military Friendly, DFWP, EOE
