Position Type and Expected Hours: This is a full-time position and hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. You will be required to work at least 2 Saturdays a month. Additional Weekend hours may be required depending on season and production work loads. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business and will be established by your manager. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent of
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software

Responsibilities

  • Receiving 100+ phone calls per day, per office associate.
  • Collection Calling.
  • Multi-Tasking.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to learn new things.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • General office duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, email, excel reports, filing…etc.
  • Provide First Call Resolution and every touch point.
  • Commitment to provide a 5-Star service to every Customer.
