We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who excels in precision, follow-through, and clear communication. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting internal teams and maintaining strong customer relationships. Essential Job Functions Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner Creating Certificates of Compliance for customers who require them for their bag orders. Looking up tracking information for customer orders Working with the shipping department to locate missing or late shipments Researching rental invoice discrepancies Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing Answer incoming calls in support of sales team, customers, and suppliers Support the company’s administrative staff in a variety of general office and clerical tasks Enter customer orders from a variety of sources in a timely and accurate manner Communicate and follow up effectively with all departments regarding customer orders Maintain excellent working relationships with account contacts to ensure customer satisfaction Resolve customer problems or concerns in a manner that meets the expectations of the customer while at the same time considering the impact to the company Maintain data and control documents required to ensure orders can be accurately processed. Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Education and Experience Associates degree in business or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1-2 years clerical/administrative experience (preferred)
  • NetSuite Experience a plus
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand bend, and reach with hands and arms.?
  • Work Environment This role is primarily based in a typical office setting.
