Ichor Systems is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role manages the full lifecycle of customer orders—from order entry and confirmation through delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution—while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to process large volumes of data with accuracy. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, an approachable and collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an on-site position at our Austin, TX location.
