About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customers, potential customers, and internal teams by providing technical guidance, sales assistance, and exceptional service. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting new and repeat sales efforts within company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Customer service and/or sales support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to understand basic technical concepts

Nice To Haves

  • Data entry or order‑processing experience
  • ERP experience (SAP or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Process new orders, reorders, and customer issues (primarily via email).
  • Provide updates, answer questions, and follow up with customers regarding open orders.
  • Support customers with installation, operation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting of products over the phone.
  • Partner with the Engineering team when technical issues require escalation.
  • Coordinate with Production to release orders, expedite items, monitor parts availability, and ensure timely arrival of purchased components.
  • Collaborate with Inventory and Purchasing to ensure proper allocation and procurement of parts.
  • Review and edit orders accurately for SAP entry; complete all required documentation.
