JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Ensure customers are greeted and assisted in a timely manner both over the phone and in person. Maintains and monitors appointment scheduling, receipt of payments, managing complaints/grievances and ensuring overall client satisfaction while checking in or out for services.

Requirements

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Great customer service skills, computer skills, and phone etiquette.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting all clients, checking in, greeting at arrival
  • Notifying staff of appointment arrivals
  • Check client out/collecting co-pay
  • Ensuring all clients are offered Office Summary of today’s appointment, education information, PIN numbers
  • Post physician and therapy services as needed
