About The Position

SuccessTrader, a specialized brand affiliated with Regal Securities, Inc., is seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual to join their team in Miami, to provide active traders with high-performance tools and elite-level support. This is strictly an in-person role for someone who thrives in a professional environment. You will be immersed in the markets daily, working directly with our trading, operations, marketing and compliance teams to ensure our customers receive prompt, accurate, and high-quality assistance.

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred, combined with a strong interest in the stock market.
  • Articulate, professional, and capable of making complex financial concepts easy to understand.
  • You value compliance and "doing things the right way" within firm and industry guidelines.
  • This is a strictly in-person role at our Miami office. No remote or hybrid options.
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
  • Background in brokerage operations, trading, or high-volume financial customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, high-touch support to a sophisticated trading clientele.
  • Help active traders navigate the technical side of the platform, including order types, margin, and the mechanics of short selling (locating shares and borrow availability).
  • Work closely with our Compliance Team to ensure all communications and account activities meet rigorous regulatory standards.
  • Assist with brand-building initiatives and member outreach to convey the value of SuccessTrader.
  • Gain comprehensive insight into the operations of a national brokerage firm that has been leading the industry since 1977.
