About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with a company's products and services. Professional communication (both written and verbal) is essential in order to interact with the division's customers and fulfill customer needs, in collaboration with fellow departments within the division.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recording and processing customer requests.
  • Resolving customer requests (if necessary) and communicating solutions and responses to customers.
  • Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Customers and sending these reports - through the specified channels, by deadline.
  • Responsible for fulfilling customer orders, based on the production plan.
  • Communicate any changes to the production plan to the customer, (positive or negative) that affects the commitment made previously to fulfill the order.
  • Install and maintain electrical components of manufacturing machinery.
  • Responsible for communicating any potential problems or obstacles to the production plan management and also making recommendations to resolve the issues.
  • Compiles data from other departments to produce reports for the clients.
  • Responsible for executing new product introduction projects, coordinating schedules, tracking changes, and communicating them to the customer.
  • Ensures that projects are planned based on customer goals, deadlines, and coordinates the execution of each sub-activity based on the preliminary schedule.
