We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist at our Building Materials location in Moline, IL, where this position will provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to business and residential customers alike. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong math and organizational skills to process orders efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great attendance and a positive attitude!

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Accurately process transactions, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and vendors via email to ensure seamless project coordination and follow-ups.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom that showcases our product offerings.
  • Manage inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
  • Organize daily cash flow records and process invoices efficiently
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to assist the team and business operations
