Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ of related experience.
- Technical background & computer skills are essential
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel systems experience.
- Possess a strong numeric keypad proficiency and be capable of typing at least 40 words per minute.
- Ability to work in close collaborative team environments with various groups to lead and drive successful results.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills, outgoing, personable, dependable, highly and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated self-starter who is highly motivated that can work independently to deliver results
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor Degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the construction field is preferred.
- Prior sales-related experience and attributes is preferred.
- Freight logistics background is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Phone duties, incoming calls, sales calls, and product support
- Invoicing - Select billing, print invoices and post invoices
- Responsible for maintaining and updating monthly Sales Operation Metrics
- Sales reports
- Enter ECN’s (Engineering Change Notice)
- Order entry – Domestic and international sales
- Review sales quotes to ensure accuracy
- Manage incoming orders (dealer and or direct)
- Equipment returns
