Water scarcity is one of the biggest issues in Colorado, and Resource Central’s Slow the Flow program partners with over 40 Colorado municipalities and water providers to empower residents to save water through efficient irrigation practices. To date, Slow the Flow has helped Colorado residents save over 200 million gallons of water! Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist to help further our impact by providing outstanding customer service, completing administrative tasks, and supporting the field staff. This is a full-time, hybrid position; most work will be performed remotely from home, with approximately 10% of work required at the Boulder office or worksites in and around Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder, Westminster, Denver, or Parker. The position starts April 27, 2026 and is expected to last through August 2026. Compensation includes $22.00/hr base pay, opportunities to earn bonuses based on exceptional attendance, cell phone stipend, paid training, and accrued paid sick leave.
