SEASONAL Customer Service & Shipping Associate – Watch Repair We are seeking a Seasonal Associate to support our Watch Repair facility in Peoria, with a strong focus on phone-based customer support. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while also assisting with shipping and data entry tasks.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data entry and basic shipping/logistics processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide timely, professional support to customers regarding repair status, shipping, and general inquiries
- Document customer interactions and update order details in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer questions and issues
- Support shipping functions, including preparing and tracking outgoing and incoming packages
- Maintain accurate data entry and ensure order information is up to date
