About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Specialist – Outbound to support former customers through proactive outreach and service coordination. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, balances independent work with team collaboration, and requires a positive, outgoing personality. You will support multiple locations nationwide while managing service requests, customer communication, and scheduling needs to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, inside sales, or outbound calling experience
  • Experience using an auto-dialer is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to former customers, averaging approximately 50 calls per day
  • Support 24 locations nationwide, focusing on 2–3 locations at a time
  • Handle service-related requests, including some warm transfers
  • Minimal inbound calls; role is primarily outbound
  • Complete and manage assigned task lists accurately and efficiently
  • Routinely monitor service tickets to ensure customers are assisted promptly
  • Respond to service tickets so customers are aware their request is being addressed
  • Schedule service technicians while optimizing coverage within a designated area
  • Assist walk‑in customers and resolve requests immediately
  • Learn and understand company products, contracts, and measurements to answer customer questions with confidence
  • Maintain accurate records and clear communication across teams
