Customer Service Specialist – Home Services (Remote)
About The Position
Mueller Landscape Inc. is a family-owned landscaping company serving homeowners in San Diego County since 1982. We are looking for a reliable remote team member to assist customers by answering incoming calls, helping with service requests, and following up with customers after estimates. This role focuses on customer service, communication, and organization. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with customers, keeping information organized, and being part of a small professional team. We work primarily with residential homeowners and use Copilot (now HomeWorks) CRM to manage customer communication and scheduling. This role involves consistent phone communication throughout the day and is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with customers regularly. Our customers often stay with us for many years, so professionalism and friendly communication are very important. This is a remote position.
